Conclusion

This project was not easy to carry out. After the work has been done, it seems easy to reproduce. The first build of a jenga robot involves many steps of problem solving. The most difficult glitch to understand is the use Arduino pins. Some pins cannot be used simultaneously with other pins. With a Jenga robot a lot pins of the microcontroller are used. In order to prevent glitches, using two or more microcontrollers is safer.

 

Another problem that can occur is miscalculations. Making errors is human. Preventing miscalculations is letting only one teammate perform the calculation. Afterwards, the calculations should be checked. Finally, putting knowledge into practice and organized teamwork are the keys to success.

 

To conclude, the robot reunites three different fields of study of an engineer. Although the fields are different, each one is related to the another one. Combining different fields of study into one project makes the robot build a good education course for an engineer. Also teamwork is the key to succeed. If one of the fields of study was not achieved, the robot would not work as it should.
